CAP Services, Inc. is pleased to invite you to attend our special event. In collaboration with community partners, we will be a holding an educational session with a resource fair, film screening, and vaccination clinic in Outagamie County.

This educational opportunity will be in person with community resources available plus receive the latest COVID vaccine booster and get a $50.00 gift card. Refreshments will be provided to participants, and a panel of members of the health system will be available to respond to any question or comments you might have.
