The Work-n-Wheels auto loan program is an auto purchase and repair loan for working adults with limited income:

  • Applicants must be employed a minimum of 20 hours a week.
  • Households with incomes at or below 150% FPL will receive 0% interest loan.
  • Loan amount based on affordability, typically up to $5,000.
  • Terms based on affordability.
  • Closing costs include tax, title, license, and 5% administrative fee at closing.
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license.
  • Applicants will receive financial training prior to final approval.
  • Full coverage insurance with a $500 deductible on comprehensive and collision is required.
  • CAP Services is the lienholder on the title and insurance.

 

The Affordable Auto loan program is an auto purchase loan for income eligible adults not able to get affordable financing elsewhere:

  • Individuals with Household income at or below 80% CMI.
  • Loans up to $10,000 for vehicle purchase.
  • Interest rate 10%.
  • Terms based on affordability.
  • Closing costs include tax, title, license, and 1% administrative fee at closing.
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license.
  • Applicants will receive financial training prior to final approval.
  • Full coverage insurance with a $500 deductible on comprehensive and collision is required.
  • CAP Services is the lienholder on the title and insurance.
