Work site: New London Head Start
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $13.23-$14.42 per hour, depending on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000—details at time of interview
Status: Full time, 40 hours per week (summer layoff)

Duties: Responsible for the supervision of children, preparing and conducting weekly lesson plans, on-going assessment of children, and maintaining compliance with all related regulations.
Two year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5; or
Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) and two years of experience that includes working directly with children ages 0-5.
Copy of unofficial transcripts or certificate from the Registry or class.
Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months of hire.
In accordance with Wisconsin Child Care Regulations, must obtain a certificate from the registry of the Wisconsin Early Childhood Professional Recognition system within 3 months after assuming the position.
