Family Crisis Center (FCC) Services – CAP Services’ Family Crisis Center (FCC) provides assistance to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, and to youth in crisis and their families, through a host of free and confidential programs.

Child and Youth Services – The Children and Youth Services program is a community based advocacy program of free and confidential support services in Portage and Waupaca counties. Youth services provides assistance to youth and their parents/guardians in times of crisis.
Domestic Violence Outreach – CAP Services offers services to victims of domestic violence or abuse through offices in Stevens Point, Waupaca and Wautoma as well as through FCC’s emergency shelter in Stevens Point.

Emergency Shelter – CAP Services offers free and confidential 24/7, crisis line and walk in services, as well as being a safer place to stay for victims of domestic or sexual violence and their children.

Hmong Family Strengthening – CAP Services offers specialized, culturally sensitive domestic violence services to Hmong families. Advocates are bilingual and bicultural, and are able to assist those who identify as Hmong, but also work with other organizations to connect clients who identify as Khmer, Karen, Black, Burmese, Chin or LGBTQ+ to needed services.

Sexual Assault Victim Services (SAVS) – CAP Services offers a community based advocacy program of free and confidential sexual assault support services in Portage and Waupaca counties. SAVS staff and volunteer advocates provide services for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence, and are available 24/7 through the FCC crisis hotline or as walk-in support at FCC’s emergency shelter.

Mental Health Navigation – CAP Services’ Mental Health Navigation program attempts to reduce the barriers to accessing services and increase follow-through with treatment plans toward the goal of improving mental health functioning.
