CAP Services offers small loans to help immigrants and refugees meet their household needs or access new opportunities.

Loan details:

  • Loan amounts up to $2,500
  • No origination fee
  • Interest rate of 8%
  • Flexible terms available
  • Available to immigrants and refugees at or below 80% county median income

Loans can be used for:

  • Repair costs
  • School or work supplies
  • Medical/dental costs
  • Life events such as moving costs or citizenship fees

CAP Services Community Immigrant and Refugee Loan program offers low-interest loans in the following Wisconsin counties:

  • Marquette
  • Outagamie
  • Portage
  • Waupaca
  • Waushara
  • Wood

To be eligible for the Community Immigrant and Refugee Loan Program you must be born outside of the United States.

Clients are required to take online financial education if approved.
