Starting Pay:              $10.71-$11.67 per hour, depending on experience

Status:                        Full-time – 40 hours per week, during the school year with a summer layoff

Duties: Responsible for assisting the Classroom Manager in preparing and conducting lesson plans which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, utilizing developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program’s philosophy and Creative Curriculum.

Minimum Qualifications: Two year Associate degree in Child Care and Development; plus one year of classroom experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5. Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months of hire and a certificate of completion of shaken baby syndrome training prior to working in the center.
