Work site: Children’s Discovery Center – Stevens Point

Start Date: as soon as possible                            

Starting Pay: $20.09-$21.90 per hour, depending on experience

Sign-on Bonus: $3,000—details at time of interview

Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week during school year, summer layoff.

Duties:  Responsible for providing overall management to the Stevens Point center and act as liaison between the center and Early Childhood administrative office.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Education, Family Studies, Sociology, Human Services) and three years of experience working with children 0-5.
  • Level 14 on the Wisconsin Early Childhood Professional Recognition System
  • Within six months of hire, complete Supervision course through the Wisconsin Registry.
  • Must be able to work effectively within multi-cultural situations
