Work site: Family Crisis Center – Stevens Point, WI
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $19.69-$21.47 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Part-Time, 24.75 hours per week

Duties: These positions meet the immediate needs of callers on a 24-hour crisis and information hotline and walk-in visitors presenting for a variety of concerns including mental health, family dysfunction, and abuse. These roles also meet the needs of domestic violence victims and their children as well as youth-in-crisis who are receiving emergency shelter services at the Family Crisis Center.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in psychology, social work, human services or related degree and one year of relatable work, leading to a working knowledge of crisis intervention/youth/domestic violence/sexual assault services;
- OR Associates Degree in related field and three years of work experience, leading to working knowledge of topics described above;
- OR High School Diploma and 5 years of relatable work, leading to working knowledge of topics described above.
- Must be able to respond on site within 30 minutes of being contacted during scheduled on call.
