Call 1-877-377-1434 to speak with a CAP Services’ housing specialist today!

A phone call is a great way to begin the exploration into your unique circumstances and whether or not CAP Services rental housing is a good fit for you. Our professional and courteous housing staff is happy to assist you with the application process or any inquiries you may have.

If a property does NOT have a vacancy

  • You will be asked to fill out a one-page Waiting List application and return it to CAP Services staff.
  • Once our staff has your completed Waiting List application, you will be added to the waiting list for the property (or properties) indicated on that application.
  • Staff will contact you when a unit fitting your qualifications becomes available to see if you’d like to begin the full application process.
Waiting List Application

If a property HAS a vacancy

  • You will be asked to fill out the full application and return it to CAP Services for processing. (Emailed or faxed applications can be started, but originals are needed to complete the process.)
  • Once our staff has your completed application, they will begin the work of processing it. This normally takes anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly verifications are returned.
  • Once your application has been processed, you will be notified as to whether your application has been accepted or denied.
Full Application

Available units are filled from completed, qualifying applications based on the order in which they were received. First come, first served.

Remember to keep your contact and income information up to date with our staff so we can best assist you!

Note: This above information is primarily intended for income-qualified properties, but the process is similar for market-rate units. Please bear in mind that there are a lot of variables in the application process that cannot be fully explained here. If you have questions, call us at 1-877-377-1434. Our staff is more than happy to assist you!
