Starting Pay: $20.93-23.07 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: The Community 2000 Program Coordinator position provides emergency assistance and access to additional resources that address the needs of individuals and families with low incomes in northern Outagamie County. Community 2000 provides short-term support in the areas of food and other basic necessities and works closely with other CAP programs and local partners to connect clients with services to meet their long-term needs. This position is responsible for managing program activities, developing and sustaining community partnerships, and ensuring the quality of program services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in social work or human service area plus one year of related experience, or high school diploma plus three years of related experience.
- Volunteer management experience is desirable.
- Moderate proficiency in Office365 Suite within six months of hire.
