Work site: CAP Services Administration office – 2900 Hoover Rd. Stevens Point

Start Date: as soon as possible                                 

Starting Pay: $18.65-$20.32 per hour, depending on experience

Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, M-F

Duties:  Assists with core financial functions of the corporation, maintenance of payroll master, preparing payroll for submittal, journal entries, in a complex, fast paced environment. CAP Services Inc. is a non-profit organization with diverse activities including housing, early childhood services, lending and various social service-related self-sufficiency activities, funded by federal, state, local grants, program fees, contributions, rent, interest, and miscellaneous income.


Minimum Qualifications: AA in accounting; or one year technical college certificate in accounting plus one year experience in comparable accounting position: or high school diploma and three years’ experience.

Experience: Three years of progressively more responsible experience in comparable positions, or work considered to be directly preparatory to the position leading to a broad and detailed knowledge of job responsibilities and methods, with the expectation of considerable job maturity and competence upon entry into the job.
