What we do

Our trained staff can provide face-to-face or telephone interpreter services, as well as translation services, in a range of professional fields including health care, social services, schools, and businesses.

Rates

Current interpreter services are Hmong $48/hr and Spanish $45/hr along with $.60 per mile to and from interpreter’s location.
Beginning January 2026, interpreter prices will increase to Hmong $55/hr and Spanish $50/hr along with $.60 per mile to and from interpreter’s location.

No Shows

When waiting for a client to arrive, CAP Services requires interpreters to wait 15 minutes. The contact person may release the interpreter at their discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellations for assignments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time in order to avoid charges.
