Laura West, CAP Services’ Director of Jobs and Business Development, successfully completed the Commercial Lending School held Feb. 16-21 in Wisconsin Dells.
Sponsored by the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA), the curriculum provided bankers and other lenders with an advanced understanding of the principles and practices of commercial lending. The faculty was comprised of bankers who are considered authorities in their field.
“This continued education gives strength to our understanding of lending, especially in efforts of participation and collaboration with other lenders,” said West. “I met with several lenders and instructors that had been at the introductory class with me last fall, which also helped strengthen networking ties. The discussion groups this time were more focused on how to better serve the client through financial review and collaborative efforts, both areas where CAP has a lot to offer.”
