Start Date:                  as soon as possible                            

Starting Pay:               $16.33 – $17.80 per hour, depending on experience

 Status:                        Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: CAP Services is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Early Childhood Development department. The HR Generalist manages the ECD department’s recruitment and on-boarding work, including submitting job postings, contacting potential candidates, scheduling orientations, and monitoring all tasks related to background checks. The HR Generalist will enter HR data into ChildPlus and maintain personnel files for all ECD staff.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Support Specialist, Human Resources, or related field and two years of related work experience; or

One year diploma in Business Administration, Office Support Specialist, Human Resources, or related field and three years of related work experience; or

High school diploma or equivalent and four years related work experience.

Requires a high degree of proficiency in personal computer skills including the ability to use productivity software and Windows to create, edit, and print work processing, worksheet, or other database documents.
