Work site: CAPsell, Wautoma, WI

Start Date: as soon as possible                             

Starting Pay: $13.23-$14.42 per hour, depending on experience 

Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Duties: This position will assist CAP Services’ Rental Housing program by providing support to the Housing Assistant Director through maintaining records, preparing reports, routing telephone calls, and assisting with tenant issues as needed. This position will also assist with marketing and leasing of rental properties and completing verification for potential tenants.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  Two-year Associate degree in communications, marketing, or computer operations, including data base operations; or High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:  One year experience in property management, customer service and office management or operations, including use of computers, copiers, modems, fax machines and phone systems.

High degree of proficiency in computer skills, including networks, databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and updating software.
