Work site: CAP Program Office, 1608 West River Dr, Stevens Point, WI
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $18.65-$20.32 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full Time, 30 hours per week

Duties: This position provides family development services to Hmong families enrolled in the UPLIFT Family literacy program,
including developing individualized family education plans, conducting weekly home visits, providing case management,
and assisting with planning and delivery of program events.
- Associate degree in psychology, sociology, social work or human service area and one year of relevant experience,
preferably providing case management services;
- OR associate degree in unrelated field and three years of related experience;
- OR a high school diploma and four years’ related experience.
- Must be bilingual – English and Hmong
