Start Date: as soon as possible                            

Starting Pay: $16.91-$18.43 per hour, depending on experience

Bonus: $2,600 sign-on bonus, plus monthly retention bonuses 

Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week during school year. Summer layoff.

Duties: Provide home visitation to families enrolled in Head Start home-based option, incorporating all aspects of Head Start services including education, family services, health, nutrition, mental health and special needs

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies, or related field with one year of related work experience;
  • OR Two year degree or classes equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies or related field, with two years of related work experience.
  • OR Home-Based CDA credentials and three years of related work experience

 

Experience working with young children preferred.

Must be able to work effectively with multi-cultural children and families.
