Work site: CAP Administration Office, 2900 Hoover Rd., St. Point, WI 54481
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $16.33 – $17.80 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 30 hours per week, flexible

Duties: Responsible to the President and CEO for the performance of various executive support functions including managing administrative processes, writing and proofreading of organizational materials, speeches and reports, (including some grant applications), managing logistical matters for the CEO and other related activities.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in business administration, communication, journalism (or writing emphasis), or related field, plus one year of experience; or Associates degree in business administration, communication, journalism (or writing emphasis), or related field, plus three years’ experience; or High school diploma, plus five years of experience.
Experience: Experience in business administration, communication, writing, and/or executive support, including data management, drafting of reports, correspondence, grant applications or comparable documents and support of internal business processes and organizational planning.
Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required at time of hire.
Must have ability to operate independently of daily supervision, to plan, prioritize and implement planning and completion of work using independent judgment and discretion.
