Work site: Stevens Point, Wisconsin
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $23.80 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 38 hours per week

Duties: Coordinate residential weatherization projects within the assigned geographical area under supervision of the Assistant Director of Hosing-WX. This includes: performing energy audits, generating work orders and coordinating work of others, assessing units for needed repairs and preparing work orders to bring units into compliance with DOE and State required WX Measures, conducting final inspections and obtaining participant sign-off, Performing inspections on furnaces installed through Program Services HVAC Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS in architecture plus three years experience in housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management; or,
• BA/BS in unrelated field plus four years experience in housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management; or,
• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years’ experience in weatherization, housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management.
Must have or obtain within six months of hire:
• Lead Safe Renovator
• Asbestos O&M
• Asbestos Inspector Certification
• Basic Auditor Training
• Final Wx Inspection Training
• Weatherization Assistant Training
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an insured motor vehicle.
