Starting Pay: $35.88 to $39.11 per hour, depending on experience

Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: This position exists to administer and provide direction for housing stability programs across CAP’s five-county service area. This position is responsible for creating a comprehensive affordable housing strategic plan that positions CAP as a leader for implementing innovative strategies that enhance housing stability across our service area. Involves scheduling, supervising, and evaluating work as a supervisor as a director of managers with a staff of approximately 12. Also responsible for working with independent contractors, as needed, for housing rehab and corporate construction projects.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in business administration, community development, public administration, or other relevant degree and five years of experience in progressively more responsible real estate/housing development positions with responsibilities for project development, budget development and administration, meeting contract objectives, personnel administration, and complying with funding source requirements;
  • Or non-related degree and six years of experience as described above;
  • Or high school degree and eight years of experience as described above.
