Work site: Program Office, Stevens Point, WI
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $18.40-$20.05 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible

Duties: Housing Education Coach is responsible for providing housing education coaching to eligible clients through one-on-one and group sessions. The role includes offering feedback and assessments as needed to align with the goals of the Housing Counseling program(s).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred with at least 2 years of related experience, OR
• Associate’s degree in a non-related field with at least 4 years of experience working with adults in an educational or non-profit setting, OR
• High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience working with adults in an educational or non-profit setting.
-Achieve the HUD Housing Counseling certification within 6 months of hire. (All fees, learning materials and supplies are paid for by CAP.)
