Work site: Wautoma or Clintonville
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $16.91-$18.43 hour, depending on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $2,600—details at time of interview
Status: Full time
Wautoma: 40 hours per week, full year position.
Clintonville: 40 hours per week during school year, summer layoff.

Duties: Responsible for implementing all aspects of the Head Start educational programming, including lesson planning, assessment, screening, home visits and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field and one year of related work experience with children ages 0-5;
- OR Two-year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and two years of related work experience that includes working directly with children ages 0-5.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively within multi-cultural situations
