Work site: Family Development Center—Stevens Point, WI
Start Date: as soon as possible
Sign-on Bonus: $2,600—details at time of interview
Starting Pay: $16.91-$18.43 hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Summer layoff.

Duties: Responsible for implementing all aspects of the Head Start educational programming, including lesson planning, assessment, screening, home visits and conferences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and one year of related work experience with children ages 0-5;
- OR Two-year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field through a technical college and two years of related work experience that includes working directly with children ages 0-5.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively within multi-cultural situations
