Margaret Carroll, a resident of Kimberly, has been named CAP Services’ new Director of Development. Carroll will be based out of CAP’s Appleton office and will be responsible for mobilizing private funds to support CAP programs throughout its service area. Carroll succeeds Naomi Dvorachek who is stepping down after 15 years with CAP.
“Naomi has been a wonderful asset to CAP and we are sad to see her go, but we are also very grateful to be able to welcome Margaret to our organization,” said Mary Patoka, CAP’s President and CEO. “Margaret’s experience in nonprofit fund development and belief in CAP’s mission will be critical as the agency moves forward.”
Carroll’s previous work includes five years as Development Director for Mount Tabor Center in Menasha. She brings many years of fostering relationships and sales experience for various companies before that. Carroll has a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics and Business with an emphasis on Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
“I am excited to join the dedicated professionals at CAP Services and look forward to positively impacting CAP’s goals and services for the vitality of the future,” said Carroll.
People and agencies interested in ways they can help support CAP’s mission and programs should contact Carroll at 920-968-6365 ext. 6566 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
