Work site: CAP Services Administration office – 2900 Hoover Rd. Stevens Point
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $21.86-$23.82 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, M-F

Duties: This position exists to perform supporting financial functions of the corporation, review and enter loan cash receipts, new loan disbursement PO’s, set up new loans, assure all documentation is collected to create in file, make adjustments as required, prepare loan payoff calculations, respond to borrower inquires, process misc. AR billing, monitor collections, month end application of loan interest.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or AA in accounting with three years’ of progressively more responsible experience in comparable positions, or work considered to be directly preparatory to the position leading to a broad and detailed knowledge of job responsibilities and methods, with the expectation of considerable job maturity and competence upon entry into the job.
-Must have working knowledge of accrual accounting practices.
-Must have experience with accounting practices including source documentation, account reconciliation, formulating journal entries, using complex charts of accounts, and following regulations and restrictions imposed by funding sources.
