Work site: Will be traveling in and around Wautoma, Berlin, Montello, WI (work vehicle provided) 

Start Date: As soon as possible    

Starting Pay: $18.92 – $20.82 per hour, depending on experience  

Status: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week, with rotating on-call schedule

Duties: Responsible for maintaining approximately 100 residential apartment units and property grounds. Work to include minor electrical, plumbing, equipment, and carpentry repairs.   

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of experience in maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs.  Preference will be given to experience in resident or light commercial-type maintenance.   
  • Must be willing to submit a Background Information Disclosure and pass a Criminal Background Check.  
  • Requires moderate proficiency in the use of a wide range of tools and equipment or maintenance skills.
