Work site: Stevens Point, WI
Start Date: As soon as possible
Starting Pay: $20.93-23.07 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: The Youth & Victim Advocate is part of the Family Crisis Center Services Department, which provides support services to those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault, and to youth in crisis and their families, through an array of free and confidential programming.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1-year related experience; or associate degree and 3 years of related experience; or high school diploma plus five years of related experience.
- Must demonstrate the ability to evaluate and respond to crisis situations.
- Must be able to understand the dynamics and laws surrounding domestic violence and sexual assault within 6 months of hire.
- Moderate proficiency in Office365 Suite within six months of hire.
- CPR and First Aid certification required at time of hire or within 3 months of hire.
