Work site: CAP Admin office – Stevens Point
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $18.69-$20.37 per hour, depending on experience
Status: full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: Engage in outreach to recruit & identify potential program participants, build ongoing working relationships with other organizations within the community on behalf of CAP. Enroll applicants for CAP’s Mortgage & Consumer Lending Programs, collect & document required information, reporting and data collection as needed by the agency and/or funding sources.
- BA/BS in related field (accounting, finance, business or communications) or BA/BS in non-related field and one year experience in housing counseling, financial literacy, accounting, consumer or residential mortgage lending; or
- Associate Degree in related field (business, finance, marketing or communications) and three years’ experience in housing counseling, financial literacy, accounting, consumer or residential mortgage lending; or
- High school diploma and five years’ experience in housing counseling, financial literacy, accounting, consumer or residential mortgage lending
Must have loan originator license or be able to obtain licensing within 6 months.
High proficiency in Word, Excel and Google at time of hire. High proficiency required for loan origination and servicing platforms within three months of hire.
Must have proven successful interpersonal relationship skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with a variety of community agencies, businesses, lenders, clients and partners. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, not required.
