Work site: Children’s Discovery Center – Stevens Point
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $15.27- $16.65 per hour, depending on experience
Status: full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: Responsible for initiating working and accessible relationships with assigned families, based on families strengths, needs and requests, through home visits, center and phone contacts.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Child and Family Studies or related field and one year of related work experience that includes working directly with families or one –on –one with adults and/or children.
Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months of hire and a certificate of completion of Shaken Baby Syndrome training prior to working at the center.
Must be able to travel independently and have access to an insured vehicle.
